- Develop, implement, and monitor a structured External Communication Plan, establishing clear objectives, target audiences, key channels, and publication cadence to drive proactive communication.
- Manage Lobelia’s core channels (with a focus on LinkedIn) and empower key internal team members (Top Voices) to build authority, visibility, and reputation among business decision-makers.
- Lead PR and media relations, establishing sustained relationships with financial and economic press (as a priority) alongside science and technology outlets to position Lobelia across key sectors (e.g., finance, insurance, critical infrastructure, agrifood).
- Work transversally with scientific, technical, and commercial teams to translate complex climate data into compelling narratives, press releases, and commercial enablement material.
- Plan and organize external-facing capacity-building activities, such as webinars, workshops, and promotional international industry events, to engage key market players.
- Support essential internal communication flows to ensure alignment, cohesion, and shared narrative across a growing distributed/hybrid team.

Lobelia is hiring an External Communications Manager to amplify our climate impact and lead our public presence in commercial markets.
